Energy Optimization
BLDC, LED and automation. Cut the load first, then size the solar.
Every watt you stop wasting is a watt of solar you never have to buy. Reducing consumption before installing a rooftop isn’t an upsell. It’s what makes the system smaller, cheaper and quicker to pay back.
BLDC fans
A conventional ceiling fan draws around 75 watts. A BLDC fan moving the same air draws roughly 28 to 35. In a house running six fans through a Kerala or Karnataka summer, that difference adds up over a year. Fans also run in the evening, when solar isn’t generating and grid units cost you most.
LED lighting
Full replacement of tube lights, CFLs and halogens, chosen for the right lux level and colour temperature room by room. Not simply the highest wattage on the shelf, which is how most retrofits get done.
Motion detection and automation
Occupancy sensors for corridors, stairwells, bathrooms, car porches and warehouse aisles, so nothing stays lit for an empty room. Timers and daylight sensors for outdoor and security lighting. Smart switching and scheduling where you want control from your phone.
Energy audit
For homes and small businesses, a circuit-level survey of where your units actually go, with a ranked list of what to change, what each change costs and what it saves per year. Plenty of customers act on the top three items and never do the rest. That’s a perfectly good outcome.
Then the roof
Once the load is honest, we can size a solar system properly. Do it the other way round and you pay for capacity you no longer need.
We supply and install everything on this page ourselves, so the hardware and the fitting arrive on one invoice with one warranty behind them.
Common questions
Is it worth replacing fans that still work?
It depends how much you run them. A fan running eight hours a day through a long summer pays back the difference in a reasonable time. A fan in a spare bedroom does not.
Start with the fans you actually use. We’ll tell you which those are after looking at the house.
Do I really need an audit, or can I just buy BLDC fans and LEDs?
For a small flat, just buy the fans and the lights. The audit earns its cost on a larger house, a shop, or anywhere with a bill that seems higher than it should be.
If your bill has a component you can’t explain, that’s exactly what the audit is for.
