Privacy Policy
This page explains what SunKraft Solar does with the information you give us through this website, and what happens to it afterwards. It covers this website only.

Who we are
SunKraft Solar designs, installs and supports rooftop solar systems for homes and businesses in and around Kochi and Ernakulam. Our office is at 9/108A, Janatha Road, Panangad, Ernakulam, Kerala 682506. You can reach us on +91 799 422 4449 or at info@sunkraftsolar.com. This website is sunkraftsolar.com.
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form on this site, we receive the details you type into it:
· your name
· your mobile number
· your area. The panchayat or municipality your roof is in
· your approximate monthly KSEB bill, if you choose to give it
· anything you add about your roof, shading or timelines
The first three are required; the last two are optional. The form does not ask for your email address.
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or send an email instead, we receive whatever you choose to send, which will normally include your phone number or email address.
Separately, our hosting provider keeps the standard server records that any website generates: things like the IP address a request came from, the browser used and the pages asked for. Those are used for security and for diagnosing faults.
Why we use it
Only to deal with your enquiry: to reply to you, to arrange a free site survey, to prepare a written proposal, and, if you decide to go ahead, to carry out the installation and support it afterwards. Including any KSEB or PM Surya Ghar paperwork you ask us to handle on your behalf.
We do not use your details to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build profiles from them.
When we share it
We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to anyone else for their own marketing. We share it only in these situations:
· When you ask us to. If you want help arranging finance, we approach a bank or financier only on your instruction, and we pass on only what that application needs.
· Government portals and KSEB. If you ask us to submit a PM Surya Ghar subsidy registration or a net-metering application for you, we submit the details those applications require.
· The providers who run this website: listed in the next section. They handle data only to keep the site working.
· Where the law requires it.
If you would rather we did not contact a bank or a government portal on your behalf, say so and we will not.
Cookies and other services this site uses
On an ordinary visit this website sets one cookie: __cf_bm, placed by our hosting provider’s network to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. It is not used for advertising.
Pages here load a few resources from other companies, which means those companies see your IP address when the resource loads:
· Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): the typefaces used across the site.
· Google Maps (maps.google.com, maps.googleapis.com, maps.gstatic.com): the map on our Contact page.
· Hostinger (cdn-reach.hostinger.com). A service belonging to the company that hosts this site.
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. Anything you send in WhatsApp is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms, not ours.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you, to carry out any work you ask us to do, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that come with that work. Once it is no longer needed for those purposes we delete it. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us and we will remove them.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us at any time to:
· tell you what we hold about you
· correct anything that is wrong
· delete your enquiry
· stop contacting you
Email info@sunkraftsolar.com or call +91 799 422 4449. We will deal with it as quickly as we reasonably can, and there is no charge.
Security
Traffic to and from this site is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to enquiry submissions is limited to the people at SunKraft Solar who need them to do the work.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
