What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, WhatsApp or phone, we collect the details you give us. Typically your name, phone number, email address, property location and information about your electricity consumption. If you send us a copy of an electricity bill, we hold that too.
Our website records standard technical information such as pages visited and approximate location, through analytics. TODO: name your analytics tool, e.g. Google Analytics
Why we collect it
- To prepare a survey, design and quotation for you
- To file applications on your behalf with your DISCOM and on the PM Surya Ghar portal, where you have asked us to
- To provide service, warranty and maintenance support afterwards
- To answer your questions and follow up on an enquiry
Who we share it with
We share your details only where it is necessary to do the work: with your DISCOM and government portals for approvals and subsidy, with a lender if you have asked us to arrange finance, and with equipment manufacturers for warranty claims.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass your number to third party marketers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t proceed are kept for TODO: period. Customer project records are kept for the life of the system and its warranties, because we need them to honour those warranties.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@sunkraftsolar.com and we will respond within TODO: days.
If you would rather we contacted you by email or WhatsApp only, tell us and that is what we will do.
