Is solar worth it for a shop or office?
Usually better than for a home, because a shop or office consumes power during exactly the hours the roof generates. A unit used on site as it is produced offsets electricity you would otherwise buy outright, which is worth more than an exported unit earning credit. The trade-off is that a commercial connection cannot claim the PM Surya Ghar subsidy.
