Steel Truss Fabrication & Roofing

Twenty-five years of panels need a structure that lasts thirty.

Solar modules are guaranteed for a quarter of a century. Bolting them to a roof that won’t last that long is the most expensive mistake in this industry, and it’s usually made to save a few thousand rupees at quotation stage.

What we build

  • Galvanised steel trusses and purlins, engineered for local wind loading
  • Patio, carport, terrace and walkway roofing
  • Industrial shed roofing and re-roofing
  • Sheet replacement, including full tear-off and refit
  • Gutters, flashing, ridge and valley detailing that survives a Kerala monsoon
  • Elevated structures designed from the outset to carry a solar array

Why we’re strict about this

Because we warrant our own solar installations, so we carry the cost when a roof under our panels fails. That means correct steel section, hot-dip galvanising rather than paint anywhere near the coast, properly sealed penetrations, and a layout that lets both rainwater and a maintenance technician get where they need to go.

Planning solar?

If your roof is near the end of its life, replace it before the panels go on. Removing and refitting an array later is a real cost, and it’s completely avoidable by sequencing the work correctly. We’ll tell you plainly which case you’re in, including when the answer is that your roof is fine.

Common questions

Galvanised or painted steel?

Hot-dip galvanised, particularly within reach of the coast. Painted steel looks the same on day one and doesn’t look the same in year six. Kerala’s combination of salt air and monsoon humidity is unforgiving.

It costs more upfront. It costs much less over the life of the roof.

Can you strengthen my existing roof instead of replacing it?

Often yes. Additional purlins or a supplementary frame can make an otherwise sound roof ready to carry an array.

What we won’t do is mount panels on a structure we don’t think will hold them for 25 years. If that’s the finding, we’ll say so and quote the alternative.
