Quotations
A quotation is valid for TODO: days from its date. Equipment prices move, and where a quotation has expired we will reissue it rather than hold a price we can no longer supply at.
Quotations state the exact make and model of the equipment offered. Where a specified item becomes unavailable we will propose an equivalent or better alternative for your approval before proceeding, not substitute it quietly.
Payment
No advance is payable to begin work. Payment stages are set out in your quotation. TODO: state your payment stages, e.g. on delivery of material, on installation, on commissioning
Government subsidy under PM Surya Ghar is paid by the government directly to you, not to us. It is not deducted from our invoice unless your quotation expressly says so.
What we depend on from you
- Safe access to the site and to the roof
- An electricity connection in the name of the person applying for subsidy, with bills available
- Accurate documents for DISCOM and subsidy applications
- A decision on the proposal within its validity period
Approvals and timelines
Commissioning dates in our proposals assume normal DISCOM processing. Approval, inspection and meter installation are carried out by your electricity utility and are outside our control. We will pursue them on your behalf and keep you informed, but we cannot guarantee a utility’s timeline.
Warranties
Module and inverter warranties are provided by their manufacturers on their terms. Our own workmanship warranty covers mounting, waterproofing, cabling and earthing for TODO: years from commissioning. Full detail, including exclusions, is on our Warranty and AMC page.
Cancellation
You may cancel before material is dispatched at no cost. After dispatch, or after work has started on site, TODO: state your cancellation terms.
Liability
We carry TODO: insurance details. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract, except where law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at TODO: city.
